Meet the team

Karen Windle
Karen is the CEO and founder of Ibiza Fashion Festival. She has a wealth of experience working with big beauty brands such as Nicky Clarke, Charles Worthington and Aveda, before transitioning into working with start up fashion brands alongside their PR and social teams in London and Paris.
She is the visionary behind the brand and her passion for the island and its eco system is the reason the why the festival exists.
Her mission is to create a sustainable change within small fashion brands who wish to sell in Ibiza.

Sascha Camilli
PR Manager for PETA UK, author, writer, journalist, founder and editor of VILDA magazine (the worlds first digital vegan fashion magazine) and multi-lingual public speaker.
Sascha will be a guest speaker on our panel on June 11th at BiBo Park, where she will talk about how vegan and ethical fashion can positively contribute to sustainability, and the different types of vegan fabrics and processes available.

Sira will be joining us on June 12th at BiBo Park as a guest speaker to talk about the importance of plastic, its impact on the environment, and what the alternatives are.
